General masonry companies, tradespeople and small teams, registered in Italy and insured. The five families of the catalogue:

  • Valid professional liability insurance
  • At least three years' experience in the declared trades
  • Standard tools and a vehicle; a mixer for concrete and plaster
  • A contact person reachable during the sites

From application to first site

Who sets the price of the mission?
Fondalis. Every catalogue mission has a professional price per unit, known before you accept the site. A tailored quote is priced with you before being sent to the customer.
Who supplies the materials?
The professional, in the ordered range, reimbursed within the price of the mission. The customer may supply their own tiles or stone; labour is then paid at the same price.
When do I get paid?
By bank transfer, on signature of the handover report, for the full agreed price. The customer never pays you directly.
Is there any exclusivity?
No. You keep your own customers and decline the sites that do not suit you. We only ask you not to approach Fondalis customers directly.
Who answers for the site to the customer?
Fondalis, by contract. You answer to Fondalis for the quality of the execution, under the terms agreed when you joined the network.
